MANILA, PHILIPPINES - The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Wednesday said it has not received a request from the United States (US) for the extradition of pastor Apollo Quiboloy.

DFA: No US extradition request for Quiboloy
"As of today, Sept. 3, 2025, the Department of Foreign Affairs has not received any request from the government of the United States of America for the extradition of Mr. Apollo Quiboloy," DFA Assistant Secretary for American Affairs Raquel Solano said at a House of Representatives' Committee on Justice meeting when Batangas 2nd District Rep. Gerville Luistro, the chairman, asked the DFA to confirm whether such a request was received by the Philippine government.
The committee was discussing Presidential Decree 1069, the country's extradition law, which Luistro said was promulgated in 1977., This news data comes from:http://pxop-eo-yn-ktks.gangzhifhm.com
